This page is the one that I have the most problem with – because I’m just your average person who is starting to freak out about not being able to retire before I’m 80.

Ok, so that’s a little exaggeration, but I am very concerned about this.

And maybe you’re starting to freak out about retirement and how you’ll be able to support yourself.

Or perhaps you’re sick and tired of living paycheck to paycheck?

Or maybe you simply hate your job?

Or you want to stay home with your kids but you also need an income?

That’s why I started Side Jobs After 50.

To help women make extra money, whether it’s for retirement, or whatever your reason is for being here, my goal is to give you the necessary information to get you where you want to go.

Because I get it. I’m very concerned about the later years and if I’ll ever be able to quit my job and retire.

I was shocked when I read that one in five women have nothing saved for retirement. NOTHING!

And that’s just not how it’s supposed to be.

There are so many ways to make money online (and some women are making HUGE amounts of money with online businesses) and that’s what I’m trying to accomplish.

So far I’ve opened an Etsy shop selling printables (PrintablesByMaryJean) and I’m in the process of taking an online course for becoming a Pinterest Virtual Assistant (Pinterest Virtual Assistant Ninja by Megan Johnson) – excellent course! Megan really goes into all the ins and outs of what you have to know.

Am I making a lot of money? No, not right now.

Do I put in a lot of hours? Yes, my day starts at 3:30 a.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m.

Is it worth it? You bet it is!

If I can help one person find their dream job working from home, or help someone start an online business that they love – then isn’t that worth it?

And then, along the way, I start earning enough money to quit my job and work from home – well then it’s a win/win.

But all I can do is put out the information – the rest is up to you and how bad you want whatever it is you’re looking for.
